Who it is for
Businesses
Set a fee for new customers and owe it only when you confirm one.
- You decide what counts: a visit, a purchase, a booking, a deposit, or a completed job or appointment.
- You confirm each referral before anything is owed.
- No listing fee and no monthly charge.
Connectors
Drivers, hotel staff, guides, and hosts, paid for recommendations they already make.
- You see the fee and the terms before you recommend anything.
- Every referral has its own record and a status you can check.
- The customer always chooses where to go.
How a referral is recorded
| Step | What happens | Recorded by |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | The connector opens a listing and creates a pass for the customer. | Connector |
| 2 | The customer shows the pass at the business. | Customer |
| 3 | The business confirms the referral against the terms of its listing. | Business |
| 4 | The fee is billed to the business at the end of the week, and paid to the connector once the business has paid. | Referral Market |
Cost
Listing is free. At the end of each week a business is billed for the referrals it confirmed that week: the referral fees, plus a service fee to Referral Market.
The service fee is shown on the bill, and a business is told the rate before its first bill.
Where it operates
Businesses and connectors can apply from anywhere in the United States.
On-site setup, such as counter displays and printed cards, is offered in select cities.
Ground rules
- The customer chooses where to go. A connector recommends and never steers.
- A business owes a fee only for a referral it has confirmed.
- Everyone follows the laws, licenses, and employer or platform rules that apply to them.
