Put a price on a new customer.
Post a referral fee, set the terms, and confirm each referral yourself. Nothing is owed until you do.
What you set
| Term | Your choices |
|---|---|
| Fee | A flat amount per customer or party, or a share of the sale with a cap. |
| What counts | A visit, a purchase, a booking, a deposit, or a completed job or appointment. |
| Who qualifies | New customers only, a minimum party size, or a minimum spend. |
| Referral window | How long after the referral a customer can arrive and still count. |
How you confirm a referral
| When the customer | You |
|---|---|
| Walks in with a pass | Scan it, or type its number, at the host stand or register. |
| Books or buys later | Confirm or decline the referral in your account once the sale is made. |
| Is served by your staff | Add their email addresses. Each of them can confirm from their own phone, and every answer shows who gave it. |
A referral you decline carries no fee. The connector sees the reason you give.
Cost
Listing is free and there is no monthly charge. At the end of each week you are billed for the referrals you confirmed that week: the referral fees, plus a service fee to Referral Market.
The service fee is shown on the bill, and you are told the rate before your first bill.
List your business
Each business is reviewed before it can post listings. Your account shows where the review stands.
Sign in with your Google account to list a business. It takes a minute, and you can follow the review from your account.
